NE Surf Referee Search

We are reaching out to our entire Club – coaches, players and parents – with the goal of finding 10 new referees from within the NE Surf family.
We know that there is a distinct shortage of referees in MA and we want to help, in any way that we can, to help alleviate this situation by sponsoring new referees from within the Club structure.
The Project:
1. NE Surf will fully sponsor the first 10 candidates who want to get started with their refereeing journey.

3. NE Surf will pay for the initial course and the basic kit to get people started.
If you are interested in exploring this further please reach out to info@newenglandsurf.com by Friday Oct 27th. We will accept the first ten people to apply so act quickly.
And a reminder to us all that we should show all our refs the utmost respect at all times. It is not an easy role and they are an integral part of the youth development ecosystem, so please bear that in mind on game day.
