New England Surf invest in video analysis tools for our players

New England Surf is pleased to announce the acquisition and implementation of Veo Camera and Software! Veo allows us to effortlessly film and upload games and training sessions to a platform that can be shared and analyzed by coaches and players. With technology playing a greater role in our every day lives, we recognize that soccer is no different. Our aim here is to provide our players and coaches with as many tools as possible in order for them to achieve their goals both individually and as a collective.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Record with Veo camera

Set up the camera, press record on your smartphone and start recording all the action. Veo’s camera records 180° with two 4K lenses, contains enough storage for several matches and only weighs a little over 1kg.

    2. Robots process the match

Upload your match and Veo’s software creates a full viewable recording of your match. Less than 8 hours after uploading your recording to Veo’s platform, you have a fully viewable recording where the camera follows the ball.

    3. Analyze your match on Veo’s platform

Veo provides us with the opportunity to not only film games/trainings, but analyze and break down those games while simultaneously giving feedback and access to all players. Players will also have the ability to clip their own games and produce highlight videos for personal development, social media, and most importantly, college recruitment videos.
