After a long few months without competitive games, our players and coaches were more excited than ever to step back on the field and compete this past weekend during our Surf Challenge Event. With this being the club’s first official event of the year, we were determined to put on a show and further establish ourselves as one of the top clubs in the region.

After a weekend full of action, we are delighted to announce that 18 Surf teams came out of the weekend with winning records, including 8 that went undefeated. 

On the boy’s side, the older teams stole the show with the 04 Navy, 04 Sky, and 05 Sky all going home undefeated for the weekend. An honorable mention also goes out to our 2012 MB boys who finished their first ever event with a winning record. The boys gelled quickly as a team, and played a consistent brand of soccer with plenty of goals scored in the process.  

On the girl’s side, our 09, 08, 07, 06 and 04 Navy teams all finished out the weekend with a perfect 3-0 record. All five of these teams put on an absolute show, displaying dominance and consistency on both sides of the ball.
